Did nothing for me at all. Wasted my money
Really really disappointed in these. Tried for over a full month. Made me more moody not the other way round snd felt quite ill. Notbto use or buy. Mine went down the toilet.

Did the Job!
Didn't notice anything at the start, but after a week I gradually felt more relaxed and in a better mood. Definitely improved my sleep, 4/5 due to the number of capsules you have to take daily, but would still recommend.

These really do make a difference. I sleep like a log and feel so happy during the day. It is amazing what a difference a good night's sleep can make.

These all natural diet aids actually help, It's not a quick fix but when you add it to a good diet and light exercise it's a winning combination. would recommend for anyone wanting some assistance in having a healthier life.

No packaging just sent as a bottle, the manufacturing address is a home address and not a manufacturing company , don’t trust that they are made in uk at all , looks like stickers put on preordered bottles , anyway I binned mine waste of money
