Makes the work day a whole lot better!
These kneepads were exactly what I needed. They are light weight and through an 8 hour work day I often forget I am wearing them. The best thing about these kneepads is forgetting they are on and being pleasantly surprised by the soft contact felt when expecting to feel contact with a concrete floor. Compared to other brands of kneepads I observed while shopping, I appreciate the minimal use of colors and extra outstanding design. I ordered the pure black kneepads which works perfectly for me. These kneepads also have grip on the surface that makes contacts with the ground, which really helps while being used on a smooth concrete floor. This grip also helps with the durability, compared to kneepads that are fabric throughout the knee/ground contact area. The inner part of the kneepads are soft, and the adjustable elastic straps make these very comfortable on the back of the knee. The straps remain secure through vigorous activity. I have used these kneepads for 4 days, and there is absolutely no wear. Other kneepads sometimes can start to wear out in as little as a day or two of hard work. I am impressed with the quality, durability and comfort. Now I can't imagine working without them!

Comfortable, with a slim profile
I work in a grocery store, stocking items onto the shelves. Many times, I have to get down on my knees, climb ladders, bend, twist, and move back to my knees. My work uniform includes black pants, so I bought the knee pads that are all black to match my pants. Since I am the only person who works during the day shift to wear knee pads, I was a little embarrassed, so I made sure these matched my pants and did not stand out. Additionally, I often wear them under my pants. I know that knee pads stay in place better when worn over the pants, but these have fit nicely directly on my knees and they have such a slim profile that I can put my pants on over them easily. They are comfortable for me. I like that the two straps are adjustable and just clip into place, so they are quick and easy to put on. The gel/foam in the pads make it almost pleasant to be on my knees. The "leather" surface made sure I did not slip when I was on a metal roof at home. I have been wearing these every day at work for two weeks, so far. As a bonus, I tripped and fell at work and did not get hurt when I landed on my knees. A couple of months before, I fell without knee pads and cracked a bone. My only concern is that the studs to which the straps clip seems not very secure, and others complain that it breaks off, but at this price, I can always buy more.

Best Knee Pads I've Used
Situation: 6' 0" tall, 170 lbs. Hands-On Engineer within a factory environment and also working as a Volunteer Handyman. So kneeling is not daily but fairly often. I own a pair for work and a pair for outside of work.I've used several iterations of Silicone and Gel Knee Pads in the past and was never fond of them because they never stayed in place and because they all felt clunky and not very comfortable, despite - and probably because of - the weight of all the silicone and gel. The only positives were "better than nothing".I read an online article one time, reviewing a rainbow of Knee Pads and their conclusion was "the simpler and lighter, the better". After using these pads, I absolutely agree with that paradigm.Pros:1) Light as a feather. They feel almost weightless.2) They don't slide down, primarily because they're so light!3) They don't rotate much at all, again, primarily because they're so light!4) They are very sturdy. All day working concrete jobs? I couldn't say. But mine have shown no wear at all after kneeling repeatedly on wood, concrete and asphalt.5) Very comfortable. The padding is excellent and they are a pleasure to keep on while walking and otherwise moving around because again, they are so light.Cons:None that I can see.Highly recommended.

Very nice knee pads
I received these yesterday and began using them immediately in the garden on my knees. They are easy to put on and secure. They are very comfortable and appear durable. These are an excellent, five star product. I would have given it 5 stars. However, after about an hour one of the two part strap connection rivets came apart. I was lucky to notice it and easily put it back together securely using my bench vice. This turned out to be a minor deal, seemed to be a quality control issue. I am happy with the product.

Comfortable; Light Weight; Easy Attachment / Removal; Stays in Place
I've used these for only a few hours, but must say I was pleased at how comfortable they were to wear and how well they stay in place. Time will tell how they wear and how well the foam padding will hold up, but initial impressions of quality are excellent. The item came with a solicitation to do a product review on Amazon - in exchange for a free pair of knee pads (or a pair of safety goggles). Normally I hate these, because the request is typically to offer some freebie for, explicitly, a FIVE STAR review. Um - the correct term for that kind of quid pro quo is bribery. Count me out.The saving grace in this case was that there was no mention of any particular rating required - just a review. I will give the seller the benefit of the doubt that even a poor review would be accepted for the free item: draw your own conclusions. In my case I actually like the product very much, and am happy to write a positive review.
