Very disappointed in this book that's supposed to be for 9 year olds. All these years I've been teaching my kids right from wrong and then this book, that's for 9 year olds, has jokes with language that is not for kids. Never again will I be purchasing any of these products nor will I be recommending them to anyone.

My son loves this book. I personally thing some of the jokes aren't appropriate for a 9 year old but most are okay.

My boys are obsessed with jokes and reading, which makes this the best book. It started with the 6 year old version, which was amazing to see my soon to be 1st grader reading every joke. The 9 year old was amused and wanted his own version, which I don't mind b/c they seriously can't put these books down! Love the availability for all different ages.

Ok, so the jokes aren’t awesome, but it’s something my grandson will actually read. Parents and grandparents remember to be patient The 9 year old loves the jokes, and wants to share with someone all time

This book was not a hit. Most, if not all the jokes were not funny. Jokes written were meant more for younger ages - and to be honest were not funny at all. I don’t recommend.

I bought this book for family friend's birthday. Before gifting it, I flipped through the book and found most of the jokes entertaining. My friend said their son was reading those jokes the entire way home from his birthday party. This book is great for any 9 year old!

The book is comprised mostly of riddles that aren't very good. There are a lot of lame puns, many of which are scattered throughout the book with no context. Of course, humor is subjective. Some kids will like it; mine would lose respect for me if gave it to him. It's a half-bummed effort at best.

This is for my grandson's birthday in August. I just know that he is going to love this book. I have been flicking through it and laughing.

This book is a big Yes! My 9 year old stepson loves it. The jokes are age appropriate and really funny. My stepson is not a reader and he is reading this joke book all the time and needless to say we share a few laughs with him in the process. I recommend this book to any 9 year old!

My nine year old niece loved this book and spent her birthday entertaining us all with the jokes. A real variety from Doctor Doctor, to Waiter Waiter plus a while load of other more traditional question and answer jokes. Some will make you groan but lots will make you laugh!

This was a present for my joke-loving grandson on his eighth birthday. I thought the jokes funnier than those in the book for eight year-olds and it has certainly been a great success. My criteria are, does it make me laugh, too and can I stand hearing it repeated a zillion times. This scores highly on both counts; I definitely recommend it.
