You may garnish it with coriander and lime. Cooking 3 Ways: 1. Surmai Rawa Fry: Coat the marinated fish with Rawa (Semolina) Hand Press it firmly and shallow fry on a non-stick pan. 5-7mins on each side. Serve hot with Corriander chutney. 2. Surami Coconut Curry: Heat oil, Saute onion, curry leaves, toamto & green chilly, Stir till the onion turns tranparent. Add all powder ingredients, followed by coconut milk. Add Seer Fish Masala Steak. Do not bring ti to boil. Add slat to taste. Cook 5-7 mins or till Steak is done. Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve hot with Rice. 3. Barbeque Seer Fish Steak: Pre-heat a Barbeque/Grill hotplate with a little oil. Place the pieces of Masala Seer Fish on the hot plate. Turn the pieces so they are nicely browned on both sides. Cook fish for 4-5 minutes or unitl just cooked through. Remove to a serving platter and serve with a Mint Chutney or a dip of your choice.
