I paid just over £50 for this item. Very easy to set up. Plugged in straight into the laptop, turn the drums on and it worked. It does come with a battery but i didn't get to use that before the pedals stopped working. The down side is, you can either plug in the earphones to the laptop and hear music on the laptop but not the drums or plug in the earphones to the drums to hear them and you cant hear the music in the earphones. So i plugged it into the dumbs so only i could hear me playing and played the music extra loud on the laptop to accompany me.The system does have a volume button, change of drum mode, beat button and record button. You can use headphones on the unit. It comes with the wire to plug the drums straight into your laptop / computer. It comes with drum sticks.There is a slight delay on the drums when you tap them and if you tap too hard or bang in the middle of the drum top you get an accidental double beat from it releasing itself. And you don't have to tap that hard. There is a tiny noise you hear after each time you play each drum but once you are playing with music it tends to be drowned out.The delay is a little annoying. But the sound quality is good. If you want to know more, check out YouTube as there are many videos showing the pros and cons - which i wish i had used first.It isn't the most sturdiest of units and is a cheaper alternative to decent ones.If you are buying for a bit of fun, the things i mention don't bother you and you are hardly likely to take drumming any more seriously, these are for you. If not, i would say save and spend a bit more on something more worthwhile. Am i keeping it - NOPE since the pedal stopped working in such a short period of time, i lost interest in this model and believe it wont last a week without failing completely.

Bought this for my son, works well and is loud. Pads are nice and thick. Symbal sounds perhaps need to be more realistic. Otherwise, all drum sounds are good.N.B. Those complaining about funny sounds need to simply attach the power supply and charge the battery. Sound is then back to normal.

I bought this for my grandson who is 5, who loves to bang things, particularly on radiators. He picked up the different positions easily and even manages the pedals. The rechargeable battery makes this very portable for him, which is important as a toy for him. Construction is good with thick silicone and bends easily. Manages the rough and tumble of a 5 year old. Sound quality is good too and very realistic.He loves it and even when he is bashing away with all his heart the sound quality it is infinitely better than a plastic toy on a radiator!All in all a good buy and would definitely buy again.

My daughter was showing an interest in playing the drums so we got her these electronic drums. She absolutely loves them. They excellent sound quality and the speakers are quite loud. There’s different modes you can use and can also record yourself playing along to different tunes and play them back. Your able to use your headphones if you don’t want everyone to hear the drum sounds. Definitely recommend getting these drums. :-)

This was bought for my son who has started drum lessons at school and seeing as we do not have the room for a full size drum kit we got this instead, my son was over the moon with it and the best part of this drum kit over a proper kit is you can turn the volume down or even turn it off by plugging in a set of ear phones so he can hear it but not everyone else. I would highly recommend this to anyone, well worth the price

Good drum but zero mention of how to download the game that is shown on the picture, been searching the internet all morning, no way of contacting seller either to ask the question

My 5 year old loved it. Good way to get a first contact with drums (in addition, the MIDI connection worked OOTB here)

Purchased this for my 6 year old grandaughter for Christmas. Arrived when expected and all of done is test it. I'm sure she will love it.Great value for money and easy to use, just plug in and go.
