Read the directions and ask for help if you don’t get it
I read the other reviews. It seems people don’t understand the directions. Use ONE egg for fudge-like brownies and TWO eggs for cake-like. Don’t add extra water as it dries out baked goods.I love these brownies as do my sisters and six year-old nephew. I’m super excited to have a gf, soy free and dairy free dk chocolate brownie. It holds well in a ziploc bag for plane rides (insert a piece of cardboard to maintain shape). Perhaps novice bakers shouldn’t make gf mixes as they do require other knowledge about baking. Cooking is a science. I hope you restock Namaste!!!

Get These Brownies!
For being gluten free brownies, they’re pretty good. We had to add a little extra liquid because like most gluten free baked items, this requires it so the batter isn’t gritty. We use organic applesauce instead of the oil and two eggs. Doing that gave the brownies a marvelous amount of moisture and a cake like texture. We made a batch of these last year for a friend’s birthday and even though the brownies lasted in our household for about a week, they were as fresh and moist as the day we baked them. We add chunks of organic dark chocolate for extra naughtiness. On the downside, we did notice that the sugar level per brownie is pretty high. That’s a challenge with a lot of gluten free baked items. There was also some sort of bitter aftertaste we detected. Other than those two things, these are great brownies.

They probably would have tasted better, but I cooked them a little longer than directed because they didn't look or feel baked. They were fine the first two days, but dried out quickly after that. So I have learned they don't look like regular brownies coming out of the oven, but they tasted great.

Delicious but pricey
These are very tasty. Not be best gluten free brownies I’ve had, but they hit the spot. I bought these when they went down to $2.88 because I kept seeing these in stores but refuse to spend over $5 on a box of brownies that I haven’t tried yet. Definitely worth a try if you can get them for cheaper, but the price is pretty steep.

So so good!
I only recently found that I had to ditch gluten and it was a sorrowful day! I ordered a few things just to help deal with the withdrawal of all my favorite gluteny favorites....pasta, brownies, wraps, etc.I baked these brownies, following the directions exactly, then I cut them up and froze them so that any time I needed a little indulgence I could grab one. They are every bit as good as regular brownies, even after being frozen! Solid 10 out of 10!!

Good flavor, too dense for my taste
They tasted good, with a nice dark chocolate flavor. I only added one egg, and they came out with more of a fudge consistancy vs cake-like. They didn't rise, but they are made with gluten free flour, which doesn't rise, ever. You might try adding 2 eggs, or if you like a dense fudge-like brownie, these are for you.

THESE ARE AWESOME!
These brownies are awesome! As a diabetic I have to be very careful and while I can't eat many of these I can eat one once in awhile! My non diabetic friends LOVED them. Excellent taste and texture!
