This is by Far the most comfortable and supportive back brace I've ever owned! This is a Great product for the price is worth every penny. It has a wide belt design to begin with and that makes it harder to roll up on you. I noticed immediately that I am sitting up straighter and I don't have the same tentions in my back as I usually do. It feels like it's going to be a Great back brace. I've been looking for this type of support for years. I would recommend this to everyone who has lower back issues!Update: I have been wearing this back brace for a few days now and WOW! What a difference it has made, now that I can support my body & stand up straight. This brace is the best I have ever heard about or tried personally. It is adjustable and it does support you like nothing else I've ever tried before.

I measured 46” as instructed and went with the XXL—perfect fit. If you’re right at 46” or a little under, XXL is your size. If you’re over 48”, go one size up.The design is thoughtful and comfortable for sitting. The small, removable back pad provides more targeted support if needed. I happen to like it.I had a 4-level spinal fusion and was advised to wear a brace during light activity. Six months in, I needed a new one, and the Featol Back Brace delivered. It’s tough, well-made, and built to last. The elastic is strong and gives solid support without being uncomfortable.Packaging was neat, delivery was on time, and overall, I’m very satisfied. Hard to say as I am starting to wear this for few days. Taking it out of the bag I noticed the rubber tire like odor which made my nose twitch. I think a good wash might get rid of the smell. But so far it's pretty good to have adjustable straps and gives nice mobility. The small padding gives off a nice touch. Definitely a replacement from my old back brace. It does not give off heat when wearing it.

I have a lumbar birth defect and in my 70s the pain is challenging at times, especially working outdoors on my coffee farm. This was comfortable the moment I put it on and made me less aware of back pain as I worked, stringtrimming our yard. I had thought this might feel restrictive but it actually relieves of worrying that I will twist wrong or bend wrong I'll be wearing it daily for all work activities. The velcros it uses are very strong and allows you to tighten to your level of comfort.

I literally just got it, but it fits well and I think it's going to do well for my back. I'm a big fella so I needed something like this to help me move throughout the day so I can try to perform some level of activity. I think this might be useful. I used their measuring guidelines and they turned out spot-on. It does feel a bit bulky, but that can be excused considering that it also needs to be sturdy too. I think it was a good product at a good price.

I almost got depressed looking at all these back support items for sale because I had just thrown out my back, and I needed to purchase one – but there were so many!I don't know why I ultimately chose this one, but I'm glad I did. It's quite good.I'm right at the top of the L/XL range (my waist is 38 or 39"), and this one fits fine.It provides great support, and I couldn't be more pleased.Some of the others might be just as good, but this one is what I was hoping for.

This is a great back brace for working in. It provides enough support, while still allowing flexibility to work. I have a horrible back from a car wreck years ago. I’ve had 4 back surgeries, a spinal cord stimulator implanted (4 more surgeries for it), and take a lot of medicines. This allows me to still function.

Easy to adjust, easy to take off and put on. I’m a 76 year old female and it was easy for me to get this brace on and also to remove it. I have sciatica so not sure how helpful it will be but it feels good when I put it on. I’m also doing exercises for the lower stomach and the glutes. I think you would like this belt.
