These things are massive. Too big to get the job done. It was unopened so they allowed me to return it but it was at customer expense and cost $4.20 to ship. It was barely worth it.

You need to make sure of the connections on these hooks, as one broke off inside my ear. It was rather interesting trying to remove a wire hook...

Quality build. These should last a long time. For the build quality, the price is inexpensive.Difficult to maneuver inside the ear canal. Too small to pickup much wax.Personally, these don't work well. I can do better with a small paperclip.
