Tough assembly, slightly dangerous, but probably useful if your dog can be convinced to like it.
I had thought from the photo that the third door would be on TOP of the crate rather than on the front of it. But it isn't. So, with all three doors open, my German Shepherd can enter from the back and leave from the front or the side. She is seven years old and I rescued her from the pound when she was six. I know she never has been in a crate before -- can tell by her behavior. She is afraid of it, but I am reducing her anxiety by lining the bottom with a perfect-fit cushion, putting her toys in there, and making sure she gets plenty of treats when she is visiting inside. I do not plan to close any of the doors for quite a while, and eventually might close one, then another, and finally, all three..... but that is after she -- presumably -- enjoys the crate the way my previous smaller dogs have liked it. They liked to go in their crates and have some time to themselves. Right now, I do not cover the crate, either. As for the crate, itself, it is enormous. The size of -- oh -- a large outdoor grill set into brick masonry, perhaps. I wanted it big so that she could stand up in it and turn around in it and would not feel cramped. Right now it is in my office because when she is not doing her job (which she takes very seriously) protecting the house in the fenced-in front yard, she liked to come inside and sprawl on one of the large dog beds I had in my office and in my living room. She likes to be in close proximity with me. She does NOT like the sound of the metal when I bump up against the crate and it rattles. That sends her fleeing to the living room. She is always cautious and tentative around it. (Could it remind her of her short stint in the pound?) But she is slowly getting used to it. Let's see -- Oh! This had virtually NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to unfold it and put it together. It was hard to know which end was on top (the handle was NOT attached to the top panel, making it difficult to know which end was up when I was trying to open it out and set it up.) The box says it is easily set up, but I am not a stupid person by any means, and I needed the minds of two of my friends before I could get it right. In the process, two of the metal clamps that hold the top to one of the sides came off. One of the sides had gotten stuck under it and I couldn't have set it up without separating that side from the top. I can use a pair of pliers to clamp one of them own over the two adjacent rods (top and side) but the other one pretty much got destroyed... in fact, I might even have lost it also (since it was nonfunctioning by the time this was set up.) I might have to get some strong picture frame wire, or electrical wire and reinforce the existing clamp in that corner. I think this probably will work pretty well, ultimately, but it sure was a horrendous hassle getting it set up. It was very very heavy in the box, so I had to cut open the box and bring in the pieces separately before setting it up. I could not carry the whole thing inside the house and up the stairs. I am 5'5.5 inches tall, and female, but not a weakling. Not athletic, but trim and energetic. So, don't believe the part about how easy to assemble it is.... Maybe if you can read three simple pictographs and deduce a complicated series of steps from those overly simplistic drawings you're in. But there was way too much left out. I would have liked a much more detailed set of instructions. AS it were, I used a hammer and pliers and a few other tools and ended up slicing a piece of skin off my little finger. Working with the grates is NOT the easiest thing in the world. Anyway, it is up and dog seems to be losing her fear of it and venturing in (with my coaxing) and even sleeping inside now, sometimes. But if you have difficulty assembling things without manuals and if you have steps and need to carry things and your aren't a fairly fearless and strong and hearty person, you might be better off with one of the super large plastic crates, though it might not be as easy to train the dog to go in and enjoy it.

this works great, however it did not come with the divider ...
I have a very tall puppy/dog and it was very hard to find a kennel that is tall enough! this works great, however it did not come with the divider which was fine since I wouldn't have needed it anyways! Glad it's collapsible!

Not Happy
This is one of the few crates that matched the dimensions of our very old crate, hence the reason I ordered it. It arrived earlier than the original date, which was great. The shipping box was in perfect shape. I mention this because the crate itself had bent parts. It does not look like the photo posted on the site. I did not need the divider and it was difficult to remove. Finally, for a crate designed for a large dog I was very disappointed that the latches are not an L shape for a more secure lock. These are straight and not very long. Unfortunately, I was in need of a crate immediately so I will make do with this one. Also, no handle was included.

Not as sturdy as it should be, dogs escape.
This crate is really flimsy compared to the smaller 2-door crates I’ve bought. Additionally, two of my dogs (separate occasions) have managed to escape by opening a door. Fortunately, I have one that doesn’t try to escape, so this became his. If you need to house a hyper one, this is not the crate for you
