Sir, I purchased your product on 21. 5 .2018 .when I tested it it was perfect and smooth.I liked it very much. Then I did not use it . Recently I started to use it for my mobile. Now it works up to 6 presses (one and half hours ) then it goes to zero. Even though there is a 1 year guarantee I don't find any phone number to call you. So please replace it with new genuine piece immediately to my place. Otherwise reputed online company get bad name. please do the needful.

I purchased this socket and the pins were loose and faulty and then i got a replacement ..even that was not working...the pins were wobbly and would bounce off the socket and didn't work even when plugged..my recommendation is stay away from this and buy other alternatives.

Good product. Build quality also very good. Works fine with any device. The only negative things about it are tht it automatically resets itself incase of a power cut. So if you keep it on 2h and power goes out in between it will reset itself to 15min which is default. And the packaging was worse.

Very user friendly. It has three pins and hence will fit tightly into any socket. Each click of the red adds 15 minutes, so for 1 hour you need to press the red button four times. Works as advertised. Build quality is good. I am using for mobile charging. So no idea about capability with high voltage devices like refrigerator, washing machine etc. Competitively priced.

I bought the product for exhaust fan in bathroom. Wanted the fan to go off after 15 min of running and remember the 15 min setting and operate through switch. This plug needs to be operated from the plug itself and it looses the timer setting every time power is cut off from the switch . Hence not serving my purpose.

This product is of very good quality and amazing product. This has one touch button function with timer of 15 mins increments (1 click 15mim 2 clicks 30 mins and so on with indicator).The uses can be as follows:-1. Using with overhead water tanks with submersible/normal pumps.2. Water heaters.3. Drip irrigation when using with solonoid valves and pumps for drip irrigation.4. Switching off any electrical devices connected to it.Using this device ultimatly saves power and can protect the motor from burning, because no more forgetting to switch off pump. My tenants and sometimes us always use to forget to switch off the pump ending up in burnt motor or wasting of resources.Imp: Never overload max 1500w can be used with 1 hp or 1.5 hp motor max.

Using it for the last 6 months, without any trouble.Good, reliable, 3 pin , value for money timer which may be used safely for 1000watt to 1200watt electrical devices like water heaters or low wattage devices like mobile chargers etc. Though it is a chinese product, this Timer works very accurately for any programmed time. Also, this 3 pin connection (with earth) is very essential for high wattage applications.Full instructions are given in user manual.
