They feel great!
*the wheels in the pictures are not the ones that come with them, I swapped them and put the Mach 5s on a different pair* The only thing is, there’s no heel support so it’s very hard in the back. The front has cushion though. I highly recommend these for the wheels alone! They’re silent, and it’s so smooth it’s like you’re just gliding instead of rolling. I customized mine to be Halloween themed and I love them!Update: I put Dr. Scholls inserts in them and now they’re extremely comfortable, I highly recommend putting inserts into them as the heel is uncomfortably hard

Order Online - Take to a Pro Shop
We ordered these from Amazon warehouse, I've had consistently good experiences with warehouse products and these skates were no exception. They arrived as expected.*BUT* They likely sat in a warehouse for a period of time, which isn't ideal for anything with BEARINGS. Two of the 8 wheel bearings were totally dry and locked up. We took the skates to our local pro shop and we're able to quickly (and for almost no cost) replace the bad bearings and freshen up the others with a little lubricant. If you're a beginner, these are great skates to learn on, but part of the sport is learning how to take care of and service your equipment. I'd recommend visiting a pro shop over Google/YouTube instructions, but anything is better than nothing. Had we not known about the necessities of skate care, we would have sent these back as defective and missed out on an awesome pair of skates at a screamin' price. Our first upgrade will be new wheels as these are not the best Pacer wheels, but more than enough to learn on.

Great for the size
Perfect for the smaller skater what wants to move up. They just peel if you toe brake or drag.

So excited I can't stand it!
I first purchased a size Mens 6/Woman's 7. Got them so fast. Tried them on and I was pleased. I knew they weren't the right size though. So I quickly ordered a new pair and started the return process on these. Let me say I have been roller skating since I was 16. My first skates were a pair of Riedell Bonzi skates with the metal plate, colored wheels and the best bearings they made back then. They were a leather boot, white with green laces and purple wheels. My Friday and Sat nights for years were spent at the rink. I never missed a beat! I still had those skates when my daughter (who is now 24) was six years old (born 1996). I am 47. She used them for a little bit when she was about 9, then took the wheels and used them for her skate board. I don't know what I did with the rest of them and I am so sad. I bet they would fit me today like a glove.I didn't want to spend to much on a first pair again, so I found these. My only complaint with these skates is the boot is really stiff. I assume that will loosen up with time. Although it's not leather, but still should give some. Other than that I love them. I will upgrade wheels and bearings later. But for a 'beginner' skate how many years later, it's like riding a bicycle. I'd like to say I was (still am) a damn good skater! I am so glad I found a couple people who helped inspire me to get back in it. I really have missed it so much. Can't wait for the rinks to open back up. Let's make roller skating cool again! Not to mention a great workout.

Too big
I’m a 7 and half so I got the women’s 8 and they were huge. Returned them

Comfortable
The media could not be loaded. These skates are pretty comfortable. I need to get used to skating again because it's been a long time but I think I will be as good as I was when I was a teenager with these skates.

Pretty great
I work at sonic so I skate at least 20 hours a week. These have held up pretty great for the past month. My only gripe is that the wheels could definitely be of better quality. I have to catch myself often from almost falling over pebbles, however, with a nice set of wheels put on, these are comparable to the professional brand of skates VNLA and arguably more comfortable. Not to mention VNLA skates are about $250 a pop.At first the skates felt really uncomfortable but after a week they feel fine, I do have a blister on my big toe though but like I said I’m skating a lot!

Customer Service was great!
This company’s customer service was awesome! I needed the skates on a certain day and they did their best to get to me on that day. They answered all my questions and was really friendly about it.The skates got used once so far. They are a bit stiff, and the top lining of the skates rubbed against the ankles. The wheels are really sticking on the rink’s floor. Perhaps it needs to get broken in some more.
