This cake mix is very good. Did not make the basic recipe but used it for the deluxe carrot cake recipe on the back of the box. It is excellent... Gluten-free at its best. It involves a little more work, adding grated carrots, coconut, pineapple and chopped walnuts. If you have to eat gluten free and are missing good cake, then try this one. Maybe not perfect, but a very good substitute for the real thing! Just don't overcook because gluten free things tend to get dried out easily and crumble. If you also need dairy-free, there is a dairy-free cream cheese frosting available through Amazon as well.

My whole family enjoyed spice cupcakes- can’t tell they are gluten free.

La mezcla para pan tiene un sabor muy bueno y que más que es sin gluten nos gusta el pan de zanahoria pero es difícil encontrarlo sin gluten. Esta mezcla queda muy bien, si se siguen las instrucciones de el paquete queda bueno, lo único que al agregarle la piña queda más húmedo el pan. La próxima entrega lo haré sin piña creo que quedará mejor

instructions are a bit vague, on the model i purchased you need to download the app( my pain off and sync with your bluetooth)after that it is pretty easy and gives various ways types of messages to relieve pain. much better then icy hot smart relief .

This is one of the best gluten free spice cake mixes I have found.
