I’ve had this towel for a week now and I couldn’t be more thrilled with it. It’s coziness and lightweight cotton is so inviting that I have used it every day.Beyond its beautiful craftsmanship is its easy utility. Blanket, shawl, towel, sensory processing device for my neurodivergent brain, mosquito deterrent, pillow, etc. I’m constantly finding new and delightful uses for it. I’ve essentially morphed into Ford Prefect from The Hitchhiker’s guide to the Galaxy because I bring my towel everywhere.At the pool- it’s everything I ever wanted. Drying way faster than I thought it could, it was strange to feel like I was wrapping up in a super cute blanket while soaking wet until a half moment later when I realized it was the greatest towel ever. I mean that. It ties effortlessly and hangs on your body in a way that feels and looks luxurious and moves with you. Drying dramatically faster than all the other towels of my family and friends, I have since purchased more for each of them so they could bask in these glorious towels as well.Beyond all that awesomesauce, I valued the certifications it came with. I can’t find any thus far that are more ethically sourced and I appreciate that effort to be better humans to other humans.

Good quality and really soft. Not sure how they work on the beach I use them as my everyday towel. Dries really fast.

I wanted to wait and use these for a few weeks before reviewing them to see if I had any issues. I soaked them for 24 hours in the bathtub as per the instructions, before washing and drying as usual. They were soft and absorbent right from the start. The size is both good and not so good. Good because it's nice and large and easy to wrap around my plus sized body. Not so good because I'm 5'2" and the tassels baaaaarely start to hit the floor when I'm drying off and get wet on the shower floor, but my 6' husband doesn't have that trouble at all. They're just a little weird to get used to at first, being so thin, but I like them a lot, would 100% buy again.

The media could not be loaded.  This towel is a little thicker/fluffier than other brands of Turkish cotton towels. It is extremely soft. The ends are double knotted. The color "Orange" is exactly as pictured on the Amazon photo. I also purchased a Wetcat brand and Aysesa brand Turkish cotton towel at the same time to compare. I am in need of a packable quick drying towel for a camping/beach/ kayaking trip. I cannot test the sand repellency yet, but I tested all three water absorption just drying hands and compared the size and weave. This Demmex brand has a looser weave then the other two and absorbs a small amount of water quickly (drying hands). I feel it will do very well absorbing larger amounts of water after swimming or bathing due to its heavier and looser weave. It is the same length as the other two towels but is about 2 inches narrower. It is not pre-washed or shrunk. This is my favorite of the three due to it softness, absorbency, and beautiful weave and pattern but I am a little disappointed that it is smaller.

I wanted to wait until I had used and washed these towels before submitting a review. I had never purchased this type of towel before but I wanted them for two reasons 1) we go camping in an RV and I wanted towels that didn’t take up a lot of room and dried quickly 2) my expensive washer bangs when I put my regular towels in it and I didn’t want to wear out my appliance. The towels arrived very nicely packaged and on the scheduled day stated when ordered. When I took them out I was pleased with their size, thickness and appearance. Upon using them they took just a day or two to get use to, they aren’t as thick as regular towels however they were absorbent enough to get the job done. When I washed them I was very pleased, no banging in my washer and they dried in my drier very fast. After washing they looked as good as when I purchased them, no shrinkage, no pilling, even softer than they were prior to being washed. After I use them after I shower I hang them behind my bathroom door, they look nice but I think they are a little slower to dry than I had hoped due to a lack of air circulation behind the door , not the fault of the towels. They do dry, just not fast, but again I think that’s a location issue and not a towel issue (reason I only took one star off) and by the next day they are perfectly dry and smell fresh and clean. I purchased the matching hand towels once I decided how much I liked these towels. I am very happy with this purchase, I would buy these towels again from this distributor. As a result of the benefits listed above I don’t see myself returning to the former heavier type of towel in the future.

I had been bombarded on social media with ads for two Turkish cotton towel companies. But they were SO expensive that I shopped on Amazon to find a cheaper alternative. These are great! I am generally a use-once-and-wash person, although my husband uses his towel for repeated dryings. With these, I can use them more than once and they don't feel stiff or "crusty." They absorb well and dry quickly. The colors are vibrant and the towels are beautiful. I came here on Amazon today to buy more, and thought I'd leave a review. Perhaps the pricey towels are better in some ways, but since I don't really go to the beach, or have picnics or whatever, I really just needed bath towels, and these are great. And I love the bigger size than terry cloth towels. I did wash multiple times at first, once with vinegar, to avoid the lint (of which there was a LOT) but now they are fine. UPDATE: I ordered the white-beige towels, which have less dye, and I find them to be lint-y-er than the colored towels I have. I washed them the same, but they are still a bit pill-y. Other than that, they are the same.

Absolutely love these towels. Money well spent! I’ll never buy another kind as long as they are available.

Compré varias, de diferentes colores y efectivamente mientras más las usas mejor secan. Mi familia eventualmente decidió que son muy bonitas como para usarlas de toalla y ahora las usamos en la sala en las tardes frías cuando leemos o vemos películas.

La qualité est là c'est indéniable. Par contre, et je le savais en ayant lu les précédents commentaires, elles perdent énormément de peluches au lavage. Là où je n'avais pas pris l'empleur de ce point, c'est que ces peluches s'agglutinent dans le filtre de vidange de la machine. J'en ai pris connaissance en ayant un code erreur sur ma machine qui n'arrivait plus à vidanger (après le 3eme lavage). A priori, après 1h à vider ma machine manuellement et à retirer toutes les peluches, elle semble refonctionner. Donc, attention, bien penser à nettoyer le filtre de sa machine après chacun des 1ers lavages ou du moins jusqu'à temps qu'elles ne perdent plus de peluches. Si non, elles sont belles et douces et les couleurs correspondent aux photos (acheté en vert sauge et bleu pétrole).Petite précision : j'ai lavé 4 serviettes de format 46x96 3 fois en 3 jours avant d'avoir ce problème de machine
