Hard working boots
I work on a farm twice a week and these have held up incredibly well considering all the stress and abuse I put them through. They are insanely comfortable with great arch support so I can keep going all day. The treads are awesome. Through all the snow, mud, and ice, I haven't slipped at all. I don't care for the decorative buckles, although the goats do love to chew on them and use them for their own personal head scratchers.

Excellent welly, all around
I tend to be a size 9.5 (very rarely a 10) with average width, and a 10 in these was perfect; roomy enough for thick sock but not swimming with a thinner one; no crowding in the toe box. I am 5'10" with a 34" inseam and have muscular calves (my calf measurements are: 15" at the largest point, 14.5" at the boot opening, 9" at ankle); I am pleased with the height of them, though they could conceivably be too tall for a smaller woman. These slide on easily and I have no problem getting them off by myself. They are fine with socks and leggings, but I wouldn't expect jeans to fit. I bought them for a three-month trip to Moscow during prime slush season (winter-spring transition), so I will report back after I have some actual experience wearing them. Barring that, I really like these and LOVE the price. I don't believe Hunters would have even worked for me, since their leg opening is only 15". I highly recommend wearing wool socks, as wool breathes and is naturally odor-resistant (these are RUBBER boots, people, your feet are going to sweat in them). My mom, who is a size 9 with wide feet, felt these fit fine, with plenty of room for thick socks; probably a 9 would be a truer fit, but due to the sensitivity of her feet (she would want insoles) and the width, the 10 was comfortable.Do yourself a favor and take some measurements before buying:-To estimate where on your leg the top of the boot will be, measure 15.5" from your heel up your calf; the total heel of the boot is about 1".-The boot opening is 15.5" and there is no stretch; keep in mind the top of the boot will almost surely be higher than the widest part of your calf.

Best Boots. Too Large Calves.
These boots are perfect all around. HOWEVER, I have to return them. Not because of anything the boots did. Cute, comfy, great color, good style, heavy duty, durable, just perfect. But my calves are way too big for them. My calves measure 17 inches around and I couldn't get these boots on. Hope this helps someone with calves like mine that are considering buying these boots. I'm really disappointed I have to return these.

Great boots if you order up up up
I love these boots. They do run small, however. When I read in the reviews about going up a size, I thought going from my usual 8.5 to a 9 would do the trick. The odd thing about the boot is the strip that runs across the top of the foot, toward the ankle. (You can see line in the picture.) It is quite tight. The 9 fit the length of my foot perfectly but it was almost impossible to get my foot into the boot -- and once in, it was actually uncomfortable, with that top "line" pressing on the top bone in my foot. I ordered a 10 and the problem was solved. I put an insert into the boot which 1) makes the 10 fit better and 2) will make it warmer when it gets colder. That said, it is a good-looking, well made rain boot. I have thin legs and hate having boots wing out around my calf. This is a tall, thin, boot. If you have larger calves, you may not be as comfortable. I was initially looking for green boots (which they were out of) and ended up with grey. I love the grey and am happy that I didn't get the green. I think they look cool.

I LOVE these boots. I want some in every color.
I LOVE these boots. Tall boots that are flexible fully waterproof. Comfortable and a lil bit stylish. I have wide calves for a 5 foot human and often boots are too narrow to be comfortable these fit at the calf but widen at the knee (i’m short) . These are great to slide on with shorts when I run out to do barn chores in the summer or leggings/skinny jeans when I run errands on rainy days. The emblem on the side is like a puffy patch it’s not a hard shiny shield, it’s soft and fabric. (Picture for detail) There’s a light thin lining so the inside of the boots is not sticky rubber it’s like fabric lined rubber if that makes sense. (See pictures) It’s exactly what I wanted. I already want 3 more pair. Ha. The ONLY downfall is crossing your legs and having the buckle imprinted in your thigh 😂 (see picture) as for the “can’t get them off” reviews. If you are trying to grab the boot by your foot and pull them off. Totally stuck. That’s really hard but putting one toe into the back of the opposite heel. Slide off like butter! Totally recommend the heel to toe take off method. I ADORE that these are made from recycled tires. I shopped every boot amazon had for 3 days before ordering these. I’m so glad I did. They are super soft and flexible. Absolutely perfect rubber boot for me! Hope you love yours.

Sizing ??
I have very slim legs and slim, bony feet, normal size 4.5. Ordered a 5 - no way !! Can't even get my feet into them. The sizing shouldn't be misleading like this - pretty disgusting.

Very skinny ankle and calf, can’t even get them on
Purchased these because I needed new rubber boots, and I thought they were really nice. Got them within 3 days of ordering, but I literally can’t get my foot inside the boot. The ankle and calf is so skinny that I would have to cut them off my leg if I ever did manage to squeeze my foot in. No way I’d be able to wear a thick sock with them, or a boot liner. The boots look great, but the sizing is ridiculous. Whoever designed these did not design them for the average woman. I’m not a large girl, and my calves are not wide. The fact that I couldn’t even get them on disappointed me so much. Be wary when purchasing these boots.

I love the look of these boots
I love the look of these boots. However, I normally wear a size 5.5 shoe so I bought the size 6 thinking it would be a perfect fit. Boy, was I ever wrong! They are much too skinny in the ankle area. I couldn't get my foot past it and believe me, I tried. If I had ever managed to get my foot into one of the boots I would've had to cut it off. I then bought a size 7 and it's a bit big in the foot area but atleast I can get my foot into them somewhat easily with room for regular socks plus a thin fleece sock liner. Although, they are slightly difficult to remove. I can't get my foot into them with any thicker socks. I wish the inside wasn't just thread lined and had an actual liner inside. They are quite wide/floppy feeling in the thigh area for me. I am only 5 feet tall and they are almost the perfect height for me, in my opinion. They aren't easy to bend in or climb stairs in but they keep my feet dry and pretty warm with my fleece liners.
