I had ordered this hat for my husband, and at first i recived a hat that didn't have mesh in the back and actually didn't fit me or my husband. But after bring this to this attention they fix it...i just received my replacement hat and it's exactly like the picture, so I'm giving them a big 5 starts!!! For taking care of your customers

It a nice hat but a little on the thin side. But husband likes it and wears it everywear!
