Good for a couple hours
Bought this to fill out a skirt. I have a size 36 in waist and this thing hardly velcros together... It works for a costume but is really short on me (5'9) and is really tight. But is okay for a costume and you can't beat the price.

If your planning on getting a long length dress for your child. This is what you need. Retailers say get the 3 loop. But, that goes half way and you can see it. Pics to come soon....

one size doesnt fit all
first off doesnt tell you you need a size second the hoops are awful they flip when its on you in turn flips up dress i would not recommend this
