Great form factor. Super easy to use. Tons of noise and humming.
First off, I have to say the physical unit is well designed and easy to understand even without reading an operating manual. The unit can be connected to my PC and is recognized immediately. Unfortunately the main issue is that there is a constant hum and crackling sound that I couldn't get to go away. Troubleshooting everything from my mic, to xlr cables, to my headphones... tried different 1/4" adapters, moved the unit away from any sources of power or other signals, and even hid my phone in a different room and turned off power to everything around me. The hum and crackling sound persisted. Forum posts from almost a year ago mention a hidden firmware patch that support hasn't released yet that can fix this, and that it is a known issue, but nobody has bothered to share the patch online and I hear the support email is hit or miss in regards to prompt replies. I'm not going to waste time dealing with that. Returned.

Not worth for the price
Works well, but every once an while if I have multiple applications with sound (discord, youtube, Game) there is a lot of static that occurs and have tried updating drivers, software anything that I have seen online or been told by support. I cannot recommend this product due to its price

Compact and elegant audio interface. But decided to stick to my Focusrite.
This is rather nice audio interface. Sleek and elegant and with rather neat and intutive features. Setup was a breeze. Good audio playback quality. I am yet to test the input jacks for recording, but will get to it soon. The only thing that I did not like was there is no dedicated volume control for the headphone jack. If you plug the headphones in, the monitor speaker outputs get cut off automatically. This is rather inconvient to keep having to unplug / plug the headphone each time you want to use it. Because of this, I see myself going back to my Focusrite audio interface and keeping this as a backup to be honest. Note that the connector on the unit is a USB-C jack, but the supplied cable is a USB-C to USB 3.0. It would have been nice to provide a USB-C to USB-C cable instead. Would have saved me the trouble of having to get one of my own.
