I love the shampoo and conditioner. They work great for my silver hair. One thing I would say is that you need to watch your time when leaving the rinse because it will color the hair. That is the only thing negative I have to say about it for me. Some like the purple tinge. I like to see the silver. It does leave my hair soft and more manageable than other purple shampoos and conditioners.

Best shampoo on the market. And let me say this as nice as possible. If you use purple shampoo usually it works great. But in the mean time you CANNOT OverUse it period..Leaving it on top long gives you a purple tint, Over using as in everyday is bad bad bad and can even turn it puple but eventually will dry it out as well. These are fact straight from my professional hair stylist it will turn your hair 💜 purple for a day or two and then it washes completely out of it

I’ve colored my hair ash blonde for over 30 years. I’ve tried EVERY purple shampoo and conditioner on the market. I always read the negative reviews on products before I decide to purchase it or not. I am going to list the pros and cons but first I do have to say this is the best on the market by far!ProsDefinitely gets rid of yellow/brassMakes my hair very softSmells goodConThe shampoo is WICKED watery. You have to cup your hand when you pump it out or it goes right down the drain.DO NOT leave it in your hair other than a quick lather and rinse.Most of these purple shampoo’s you have to leave in your hair for 10 to 30 minutes to do their jobs. This one works immediately. If you leave it in you will have purple hair.I left the conditioner in for 2 minutes and some strands have a purple tint.It’s not a huge deal because it will wash out in 1 or 2 washes with regular shampoo.I would only use this product 1 x a week at most.Biggest problem is purple hair if you leave it in.

Best toning shampoo and conditioner. Do not leave on hair long, only 2 mins as per directions or else you will have lavender hair, it will wash out after shampooing. Leaves a nice silver ash color

I was hoping that the shampoo would help me with my gray hair have more brightness to it. I was very disappointed , the shampoo is very watery it just pours in my hand and runs through my fingers it’s so watery hard to put on your head. The conditioner was OK. But the end result was my hair seemed to have a bluish tint to it. All in all I would never ever buy this product again. I have tried namebrand purple shampoos and have never had any problems with them. I should’ve stuck with my name brand one. Now I’m out that money. And when you’re on strict budget, that’s a lot of money
