Incredible detail and punch
To preface this review, I've never been inspired to write a review on something that I've purchased. These IEMs just impressed me enough that I needed to let people know. This is my 3rd set of IEMs, but first set with both DD and BA drivers (other two being Moondrop CHU and Sennheiser IE300).-Unboxing. The box itself is nothing special. There's no real unique marketing that they're throwing on or anime girls like some of the Chi-Fi space seems to love including. Upon opening the box, you're presented with the IEMs themself and the extra ear tips. The included carrying case is behind the plastic piece that everything is contained in.-Putting them in for the first time. These are certainly the deepest fitting IEMs that I've used so far, so people who aren't already used to IEMs may find them a bit uncomfortable for the first couple of weeks. I don't really like how long the part of the cable that goes over the ear but it's not at all a dealbreaker for me.-Sound... Wow... These things absolutely blow the CHUs out of the water, and even edge out the IE300s in the mid highs and highs. These are very clear without being painful to listen to with everything I've put through them so far (mostly metalcore). The lows are punchy and the sub bass rumbles without distorting the mids. I'm not sure how else to describe these with words, you just need to listen for yourself.-Overall fit and finish. Apart from the long over the ear part that I mentioned above, these things feel great. They fit in my ears perfectly with the pre-installed ear tips. After about 5 minutes, I couldn't even feel that I was wearing them. The cable is much longer than a standard IEM cable and it feels solid enough for long term daily usage.-Thoughts so far. These are 100% worth the money to me just from sound quality and comfort along. I've yet to put the mic to use myself, but the review from Hardware Canucks that led me to purchase these was simply outstanding.Once I've put these through their paces a bit more and had a chance to use the included mic, I'll try to remember to update this review.

Kimura Duo in-ear headset is great for shooting games.
I must say that the delivery exceeded my expectations by arriving earlier than projected. The seller and Amazon did an excellent job with the packaging, ensuring the item was well-protected during transit. When it comes to the design, the ear pieces fit around the ear almost perfectly, providing a comfortable wearing experience. However, I did find the microphone to be somewhat flimsy. It would have been preferable to have the option to remove or install the mic as needed, as this would add versatility to the product. On the positive side, the noise cancellation feature works effectively, immediately drowning out surrounding sounds once the inner rubbers are fully extended. This is especially beneficial for immersive gaming experiences. The sound quality is sharp and precise, which is ideal for FPS games, fulfilling the main purpose for which I bought the product. However, one downside I noticed is the lack of bass or low-frequency response, which makes the item less suitable for watching movies or listening to music where a stronger bass presence is desired. Additionally, during extended gaming sessions, I found that my ears would start to feel uncomfortable and require rest. This discomfort could potentially be improved with better ergonomics or cushioning.Despite the minor issues with the flimsy mic and discomfort during long gaming sessions, I am quite satisfied with the product. It has an appealing appearance, and the sound quality is excellent for FPS games, which was my primary reason for purchasing it.

Mediocre, uncomfortable IEMs with an OK mic
I bought these expecting IEMs I could use for gaming or video calls, but was extremely disappointed overall. The mic was the highlight, sitting close to my mouth and delivering clear sound with a good tone. It did pick up a little more room sound than I would have liked. As headphones, the IEMs were ... fine. They have a pretty noticeable V - lots of bass, lots of top, light on the mids. I was honestly surprised by how much bass they had (Gotta get that seal!), although it was pretty muddy. Audio-wise, they're certainly not good for critical listening, but are fine for video conferencing and probably gaming too.On the other hand, I really struggled with the fit. The cable is so heavy that it really wants to pull the IEMs down and out of your ears, especially on the heavier right hand side. With some patient bending of the wire, I was able to get them to rest better on my ears and provide better stability. However, the weight and thickness of the cable, plus the angle of the connector, made the headset overall fairly uncomfortable and not something I could see myself using for long periods of time. The cable also transmitted a lot a physical noise into my ears when it moved/was touched, even when using the clip. That's not uncommon for IEMs, but these were particularly bad.I'm also extremely surprised that the cable terminates in 2x3.5mm TRS connectors; one for the headphones, one for the mic. There is a "Y" adapter in the box that combines them back into a single TRRS headset connector, but it's pretty chunky. I'd have expected the single connector to be the default, with a splitter included the box.Mine turned out to have a fault somewhere in the cable, causing occasional drop-outs of the left ear as I turned my head. Given the above, I'll be returning for a refund, rather than a replacement.
