Excellent, very sharp, makes preparing food so much easier.

This knife stores nicely in its own cover fixed to our fruit "bowl" which is actually a good looking plastic fridge box. After using it I just rinse it under the tap, dry it and replace for next time. No extra work.

These knives are great quality, as I've had them before and they are in constant use in the kitchen. The knives are also of a pleasant appearance, which adds to the pleasure of using them. I really appreciate the ones with serrated edges especially, like this one. However, for the last couple of knives I've bought, I've been disappointed that Kuhn Rikon, the manufacturers, are cutting corners with the plastic sheaths that go over the knives. The advertising photo on this one shows a matching blue sheath, but it is, in fact, a see through plastic one. Also, there is a hanging shape on it, presumably to display it in a shop. There was also a hole with a cable tie through it, which needed to be cut through before I could extract the knife. Not great for people with limited strength or arthritis.

This is our third Kuhon Rikon knife and we love them (the other 2 still work fine, we just seem to be using a lot more knives). Great size, good grip, love the colour.

Great, I always like the brand Kuhn Rikon, they are good quality knives easy to cut, I love the cover is my favourite feature.

I bought a black knife which was fine so ordered 2 more knives.Another black for our daughter and a red one for myself !Unfortunately the sheath on the red knife is useless also it didn’t have the same packaging as the black one.Yes the red is sharp but lack of packaging ( plastic bag only) and the cheap and nasty sheath is what makes me think it’s no a genuine Kuhn Rikon knife.

I love these so much I use them everyday to make my babys food.
