After taking these for only a fortnight, it's too soon to judge whether or not they are doing their job. But I do want to comment on one thing, and will update my opinion after another couple of weeks.These capsules are quite large, but easy to swallow. However, there is no flavour, and no aftertaste (nobody really admits to burping, but it happens to the best of us! :-) ), so I wondered if they were genuine. A little snip with a pair of scissors, and the fishy-smelling oil squirted out all over my hand - the capsules really are what they claim to be, and I'm very happy to keep taking them.

My daughter originally gave me a sample pack. I used them for my husband and myself. I was very impressed . They have a good content of oil and when i ran out,we had a week where we both ended up under the weather . So I looked the brand up and bought them . They weren't the cheapest ,but certainly the best quality.

Brilliant good quality will last for ages I have taken out a months supply save keep opening the large container well worth the money
