We did not receive 18 different flavors. Two flavors had 3. I’m not sure if the description said they would substitute if they needed to.So 4 stars from me.

There are a large variety of kool aid flavors but the ones I was looking forward to are not in there. The Jamaica and mandarin flavors were not in my package and those are ones I specifically wanted because I can't find them where I live.
