I bought this the other day because the one we had broke down (same brand). This is more energy-efficient, easy to refill, provides fresh water flow, it is quiet, and nice to look at than the other model that does not have the transparent bucket. I like that you can change the water flow mode too.

I'm really happy with this cat water fountain! I was looking for something that looked nice and was easy to use, and this fountain ticks both boxes. I especially love the motion sensor – it's so convenient and my cats were curious about it right away. Speaking of my cats, they absolutely love it! Both of my fur babies are drinking more water now, which is great. Plus, it's a really sleek looking fountain. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a stylish and functional water fountain for your cats!

The fountain was really easy to set up, and the design is neutral and sleek enough to fit in our home. I was worried it would be too tall for my dog but he didn’t have an issue using it. So far a single charge has lasted 3 days and looks like it’s still fully charged. Love that its wireless so I don’t need to keep it near an outlet.

Update: I emailed the manufacturer and they helped me troubleshoot to find the issue. Their instructions and the video they sent were very clear to understand and detailed. We were able to take the pump apart and found some debris was blocking the flow. It works great now! Excellent customer service, responded the same day too. My cats and I appreciate that very much. So if you end up experiencing the same issue, please reach out to them. Their email is under the seller/manufacturer info on Amazon.I purchased this in November 2024 and it is April 2025 (5 months) and the water is barely trickling out now. I clean it regularly and change the filters so it’s been well cared for. Such a shame because my cats really loved it but not anymore since it’s barely putting any water out. Too bad it couldn’t have broken within the 30 day return window because now we’re stuck with it and out $60.

I recently purchased this cordless water fountain so that I could get a foster kitty area set up and realized that if I wanted a water fountain, it would need to be cordless (not only for safety, but the area where the foster kitties will be, has no outlet). Thus far, very impressed with this. Not only is it super easy to assemble, it's even easier to clean and use (with a detachable tank and pump for easy cleaning and maintenance). We love that it's TRULY wireless, has a battery life of up to 30 days, and is motion activated-even our pup got to try it and is a huge fan. We can't wait to get the next litter of foster kitties in the house to put this to the test!

I have purchased many water fountains for my cats. This one is by far the best and has lasted much longer than any four of them put together.

I love the fountain but the pump has stopped working. I've had it for about 4 months. Is that the life of a pump? All the lights are working but it won't do anything. Does it have a sensor? I've turned it off to see if it would reset but it didn't help.
