JUTA α-Driver Bluetooth 4.0 OBD2 Scanner OBDII Code Reader Diagnostic Interface Auto Tool for iOS, iPhone & Android

I’ll start by stating that the device works with my iPhone iOS 11.4.1, I was able to connect it to obd car doctor and auto doctor (the later being recommended by the manufacturer).Pairing the device is where I almost want to drop my review to 3 stars but that doesn’t seem fair, the instructions it comes with does a pretty good job up until it doesn’t. I’ll explain, when I tried to pair the device trough the auto doctor app the instructions state that you should click on extras, connectivity, then select Bluetooth, and then click on the “Juta device” and that’s where I got lost because that was never an option, instead my option was kiwi3, once I clicked on that I got sent to another menu with a bunch of other options where I selected Vgate BLE and then you go back to status menu and click on the chain icon on the top left corner to pair the device. For the obd car doctor you just go to connectivity and select the same vgate option.This doesn’t seem really intuitive and I think that the instructions should include this so that people don’t think the have a faulty device (which I thought for a moment).At the end the device works as advertised and it sits flush (which is why I picked it). The obd car doctor app is free and allowed me to clear a mil:cel:ses.Hope this helps some one.

It works great. It can connect and get live data from ECU.I have tried it on my 2016 CR-V and 2012 Ford focus, it works on both of them.I am using note 9, so it is android.For Torque lite, you need to connect via Andriod to paring device JUTA 4.0, password is 1234.For OBD Auto doctor, you need to click link in the app to find JUTA 4.0.Both apps work with it.

Being charged 19.99 monthly instead of yearly once you buy tool you have to buy a subscription

Almost returned this, but found an answer in a review. The preferred app doesn’t have the Juta listed. Need to use vgate instead. Also requires a purchase to reset the codes.

I have been looking for an OBD scanner so that I don't need to rush to an auto store to ask for help when my CEL is on. This scanner works perfectly. It connects to my phone via bluetooth. It sends data like codes, engine RPM, temperature, and many more to the app. Since I bring my phone with me every day, it's much more handy than the old-school scanner.

Works great i use it on my firebird and it reads everything my bird has programmed on it's system

A few more features could be added but overall it's pretty good.

Using iOS I could only get it to work with a couple of apps, and those apps weren't the greatest. Likely a better choice for Android devices or if you're connecting to a PC.
