HAZARD - do NOT buy, manufacturing defect
I have purchased 2 of these replacement sets from Amazon and both keep jumping off the base while brushing teeth. This poses a huge HAZARD and can injure a child. This problem is also present in the giraffe set that I purchased from Groupon (brand new), same thing..the toothbrushes keep jumping off. I think the problem is with the two small plastic bumps that are supposed to secure the toothbrush to the base after it's twisted. Those bumps are too short and the little plastic holding them is not very tight neither so the toothbrushes are not well secured to the base. It's a manufacturing defect that poses a huge risk to a child's health. I have contacted the company urging them to look into the problem and issue a recall. I suspect they changed their manufacturer and as a result the quality went down b/c the bear set that I purchased in fall of 2017 did NOT have this problem.

Get gross and dirty so quickly.
These only last a few weeks each. They get so gross and dirty very quickly and expensive to continue replacing. They get clogged up with black grime around the spring inside it. Yuck.

Too costly
If your kids are prone to chewing on bristles, stay away from this. They become useless in just one brief chewing. And the cost makes me not wanting to replace them again. 4 dollars for one head! Then what’s the point in getting a replaceable head brush, non replaceable brushes are the same cost usually.

Poor quality
My daughter only uses the brush for one month. I think the replacing brushes are not made from same place as the original brush in the whole set.

Great for my 4 year old twinsies
So glad I found these. So great with twins. I just switch out the heads instead of having to keep a stock of extra batteries for two toothbrushes. Plus, if the other twin didn't like the brush, it was no money wasted. Easy to install. Soft enough for our 4 year olds.
