Red Maca Root 6000mg Capsules Gelatinized - (120 Capsule Pouch) 600mg 10:1 Extract

These are definitely not working like another brand of Red Macca root. As soon as I changed over to these the great energy boost I had for months while taking the other brand stopped, I have ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia and any bit of energy is a bonus for me. I did start on Red Macca for severe hot sweats after having to cold turkey off HRT due to medical reasons and the other brand I was taking had completely stopped the hot sweats. Now after taking this brand for a few weeks my hot sweats have returned with a vengeance! And my energy is zapped again. I still have a lot of these left but I am going to purchase the other brand by Time Health as they, obviously worked better for me, I also take their Ashwanganda which I swear by also. I am sorry these have not worked out for me but it’s a massive difference compared to the other brand.

I have been taking a cheaper product along with ashwaganda for my menopause symptoms (mainly hot flushes) and experienced moderate (but welcome) success. I decided to spend a little more when I ran out and I’m so glad I did! I have been on HRT for 6 years and in that period I tried a lot of natural products purporting to alleviate these debilitating symptoms but nothing worked so I would quickly go back to the HRT. Now, I don’t know how well these will work on their own but taken alongside the ashwaganda has been a complete game changer for me and for the first time I’m off the HRT. They are in capsule form and are easy to swallow, they last ages as I only take 1 a day and are well worth the money. I would absolutely recommend these red maca root tabs.
