Very good. It’s a lot easier than separating egg yolks for making a slightly lighter omelette.It blends nicely with a scoop of low carb protein powder- add 2 full eggs and cook into a tasty pancake (cookies n cream protein works- add a dash of sugar free maple syrup 😋)

in terms of the product itself, egg white powder is so versatile. Brilliant for baking. I've tried beef powder but the texture is disgusting. I've already used up the 500g I bought!

Great product, lasts for ages, easy to use and perfect for cooking. I use this in many recipes and they are perfect and I’m even on to my second bag, excellent addition to your store cupboard and much better than liquid egg whites.

I used this item to make bread it clumped when I added it to egg white but I will try again. there didn't seem to be any flavourwe still ate the bread
