This controller is doing everything it is supposed to do
Full disclosure, this is my 3rd controller operating my led tape lights. It is the 2nd Magic Home controller I have had in probably 6 -7 years. The last one stopped working after a major power outage occured. Fortunately, I already had the power supply from the last one but the remote control does not work with my current controller which is fine as I set the lights automatically using Alexa, which was a breeze. The lights function as they should. I have not tried using any other functions such as music. I will update my rating if the controller stops working anytime soon but my past experience has been good.

Great way to add WiFi and Alexa to standard RGB strips.
5 of these devices allowed me to cover my whole house with Alexa, Timed, and App controlled RGB LED strips from just standard RGB strips. This saved me a lot of money

Can't change colors or turn off
Control box stopped responding to remote/app in less than a month, reset doesn't help.

Bought 2, 1 was works good ans 1
Keep losing connection. Bought 2 but one is stuck on green and I tried resetting it and it's just stuck on green

Finicky lights
After a few months the led light start mis matching the rest of the colors..also, FYI.... If you have wifi 6 at home. Don't use the update security settings for the lights. They won't connect.

WiFi controller goes wild!!!
The media could not be loaded. This stopped working with Alexia app within a week since it loses its connection with my Wi-Fi, and it goes wild (see video). It has it own Wi-Fi, but it stops the other Wi-Fi connection I have my phone on. Don’t buy it. It has blue tooth, but that will get disconnected after while as well.
