When I first got this, I followed the directions and took it with water first thing in the morning. It didn't taste good, but it was drinkable.I saw some results the first week, but then it tapered off, and I wasn't sure I wanted to shell out another $50 for a second month. BUT I decided to tweak my routine and give it another chance. The thing is, I had been doing intermittent fasting, so I wasn't eating a meal until around 2pm, but I was drinking the Activated You first thing in the morning like the directions said to do.Instead, I tried waiting and drinking it just before my first meal of the day, around 2pm. And it WORKED!I also changed it up and now I blend it into a smoothie. I do keto, so my smoothie is 1/2 small carton of keto yogurt, a small amount of almond milk, and 4 frozen strawberries + 1 scoop of Activated You. The smoothie is DELICIOUS and makes taking this supplement a joy!Now I'm very regular– like every day regular– and it's wonderful. No more painful bloating or weeks of constipation. I still get some gas every now and then, but it moves through my body rather than just getting stuck. My stomach is flatter and softer- no more hardness or bloating.Honestly, I wouldn't pay this much for something unless I was desperate for relief and it actually worked– it took some experimenting with how and when I take it, but this DOES actually work and I'm happy to shell out the cash to make it part of my diet because it helps me feel SO much better.

01/09/25: I’m on day 2 and mixed berry doesn’t taste bad alone. It kinda just tastes like someone crushed a vitamin and added it to water. I added PB fit to it today and that was good together. I am lactose intolerant and often feel sick and nauseous so I was VERY worried that I would have side effects like nausea and diarrhea. This hasn’t happened yet. I want to believe that this will help make me feel better like others have stated and if it doesn’t do that for me in 6 months, I will discontinue using it due to how expensive it is.03/29/25: I messed up. I wanted to try Apple Cinnamon even though I know that I don’t even like apple pie. So what happened? I lost the motivation to get up and drink this first thing and it’s been sitting in my fridge. I do believe that when I was drinking mixed berry every morning, it was doing good things. The 1 thing that stood out was that my poop went from chihuahua pebbles to uhhh… a regular soft one piece poop. TMI, but I’m being honest! So enough time has passed that I can justify spending money on mixed berry again. 🤞🏽05/06/25: I didn’t learn and wanted to try Citrus. Citrus isn’t bad either! I already notice I’m going to the bathroom more regularly. My body isn’t holding it in just because I don’t eat much. It just feels better to get that stuff out without overthinking it.

Normally I don't write reviews, but those one I'm inclined to, if you want to feel week, sluggish, fatigue, achy all over especially your back and Vista the bathroom every 10 minutes or so this is the product from you. I usually give a product at least 30 days to determine if it's working, but this one I took for 7 days and had to stop, the tipping point was waking us to find liquid feces in my bed like a baby with a horrible blow out diaper that goes up their back with no warning it was coming as their pleasantly fast asleep. If you want to be more uncomfortable than you have been in your whole life, then buy this product. I understand a probiotic is supposed to help with gut health to make you more regular, but this is at a horrible cost. I am 45 running around with an 8 & 6 year old and this has me dead in my tracks. Do not buy this unless u have time to spend in the bathroom, a lot of time. The only positive is the berry flavor, it looks gross after being mixed, but tasted ok. Also, this product doesn't devolve well or fast, it get clumpy and you have to press a spoon against the side of the glass to break up the chunks. I have tried other similar products and they easily mixed with water, plus didn't require refrigeration after opening and with a container that is half empty that is valuable space taken up in your fridge unnecessary. I really don't recommend this product unless you want that scene from Van Wilder going in a trash can or Dumb and Dumber to find the toilet doesn't flush. Plus don't be fooled by the actress promoting this product, you will regret it.

I decided to try this product after seeing the ads on Facebook (yes I got sucked in to watching the video) and then reading dozens of reviews on FB and Amazon. I am 50 and have had slow motility my entire life. I only have BMs about once a week. Friends think it's weird, for me, I've just always been that way. I'm not uncomfortable, I don't feel constipated, it's just my normal. That being said, I always wonder if I should be going more regularly and figured it couldn't hurt to give this a shot. I know gut health is important and adding pre and probiotics into my diet might help. Can't hurt, right?!I'm on day 5 and still no BM. I'm not bloated, it hasn't made me gassy, but I still haven't gone #2. I plan to give it the 30 days, use the whole container, and see if there is any change.As far as taste, etc. I bought the apple cinnamon and I mix one scoop with 8oz of cold water in my mini blender, it isn't delicious but it is much better tasting than others I've tried. It isn't thick or clumpy and it is easy to drink. I did find it tastes better in cold rather than room temp water and blending makes a difference.I will update my review once the 30 days is up and let you know if I've decided to repurchase.
