Alka-Seltzer has been my go-to for years anytime I’ve overindulged—usually after a few too many cocktails and a pile of regret-flavored snacks. It always works like a charm. That familiar fizz kicks in fast, calms the chaos in my stomach, and gets me back to feeling human again. It’s one of those old-school remedies that still totally holds up. If I have a case of acid indigestion, nothing works better and more quickly than Alka-Seltzer. I have been using this for 45 years or so and nothing compares to it. I actually like the taste but prefer to drink it with super cold water. It takes the tablets much longer to dissolve when the water is that cold but it is worth the wait. The cold water makes the flavor better and the coolness of the water seems to help soothe the acid indigestion. When I am nauseated, this also helps to calm my stomach. As for taste, the original is the go-to. I made the mistake of buying the Extra Strength and had to throw the whole box away because I couldn’t get it down. Original all the way!

The reason I buy these 4 times (sometimes 5) a month is due to my acid reflux. They come within two days (usually!) and the price is far cheaper then the stores. I have been buying from Amazon now for so long and I will continue to do so.Alka Seltzer is a good quantity name brand and they work.
