very good with minor flaws
These work well, they stick to my drawers through the drawer liner with no issue. I dont like having unfilled spots on tool organizers because I like to know something is missing and it looks incomplete. I ended up customizing all of these removing or adding sockets to the sets. I used the green ones for my British Association and Whitworth sockets, red and blue for metric and standard. I didnt like the 1/4 drive ones as there is way too much space in between them It annoyed me so much that I ended up customizing them. I made a fixture and cut the disks with flats on 2 sides so now I can fit the shallow and deep on the same bar saving room in my box.Of course you sacrifice being able to rotate the socket due to the flats.Things I didnt like are1) you cant buy the socket holding pieces separately. So if you need more spaces than they come with you have to takeparts off another rail. That sucks I have extra parts now2) the 1/4 drive ones are too big in diameter and cant fit enough on each rail3) You cant make mix and match sets the only set is red +blue and 1/4, 3/8,1/2 . I have lots of 3/8 stuff due to theweird sets I have wish I could mix and match or get a discount the more you buy.

Good quality but replacement socket holders are not available.
Very well built with strong magnets. My only two complaints are Hence the 4 star):1- I wish the plastic end caps on the rails were shorter.2- I wish they sold extra socket holders individually. I don't need to space out my sockets and I'd like to add extra socket holders to fill up the rails and save space for more tools.Other than those minor comments, they perform as good as expected.

strong magnets, good socket rail
At first I didn't know what to expect, since the HF version is $20 ea, but these are actually pretty nice. There are only 2 small magnets, part of each end cap, but they have a surprisingly strong hold. they say you can stick the 1/4 and 3/8 rails, loaded, sideways, or on a toolbox lid, but I really just want them to stand up straight and for the entire rail not to lift when i pull off a socket, and for that, they work. the magnets are strong enough to stick despite having a 1/16" drawer liner.you cant see the side of the sockets, and there are no numbered pegs, so you can't see what size you're grabbing if that's an issue, but i can generally grab the correct size by sight. you can also rotate them since the pegs have a circular base, so that helps. You can exchange peg sizes between rails, which I plan to do for mixed size specialty sets, like torx. It's nice that they're red and blue, which are the common colors for SAE and metric, so I use that to keep my sets separate. it's also nice that you can buy individual rails for sizes you have more of (3/8 and 1/2 in my case).the studs are good too, plastic, but w/ a ball bearing, so it'll lock the socket in w/ just enough force to hold it. better than gravity, easier than a twist lock.the only drawback is that they're a little short. i think 13". it fits regular sockets fine, but I had an issue getting 10 deep impacts to fit b/c the sidewalls are thicker. I think the rails themselves are aluminum, so easy enough to cut if you're handy enough to connect them. you can take off the end caps to make them shorter, however, that's where the magnets are, so it won't stick if you do that. I may cut off the nail hole however, to save the space.

Great for Organizing Sockets on Pegboard
I have my tools in the garage organized on a pegboard holder. I wanted a way to organize the sockets without taking up a lot of room. I saw these they were very reasonably priced, and the colors will make it easier to tell which are metric and which are SAE (Blue Metric and Red SAE). As you can see in the picture I also have a 1/4" rail too. I also have these rails in my basement workshop in 3/8 and 1/4. Needless to say I love these rails. The holders for the individual sockets hold the sockets firmly and with the ability to either hang them on a pegboard, set them in a metal tool box drawer, or hang them on the side of the toolbox they are very versatile. The quality of the organizer seems top notch. Shipping is super fast and they come packaged in a sturdy heavy cardboard box. I have nothing but positve to say about this product, and I plan on ordering more. I highly recommend them.

Quality at an acceptable price.
These socket holders are amazing! They securely hold ten sockets that you can rotate to readily see the size. The magnets hold the fully loaded strip securely at any angle in my steel toolbox or other flat steel surface.
