They are not really light. They have a little bit of weight to them. My brother found them very easy to use. A very rounded handle so people with not much control in their hands can actually feel them. I actually bought two sets so I always had a set in my bag in case I took him for a snack somewhere.

No the handles don’t screw off. Some of the grey covers can be pulled off the handle underneath is fixed.

The same as normal cutlery just bigger handles for better grip
