I love this bag, got it a while ago and only recently was able to set it up. The fill-up process was easier than expected but I did end up blasting water everywhere the first go. It took about a hour plus to fill up to the right spot. Once filled this thing is a dream. I can go hard AF on it and it has just the right sway and impact. I've enjoyed the feel of hitting this more than a standard heavy bag. Having the option to drill it with rear uppers and overhands is great. Getting close and banging hooks and uppers is so nice. My only concerns are how to remove the water if I have to move it and if the basement gets too cold will I be hitting a solid block of ice. Price point is perfect V. the other guys out there. I truly see no difference in quality.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve got this May 26th, 2023, so I can’t speak about the durability. I’ve been using it daily and it’s June 8th, no signs of wear or anything. I was thinking about getting the main brand, but it was too pricey. At this weight it moves well but it can take a hit. You can punch pretty hard and there’s no much noise either. It is much more quiet than a regular heavy bag, which is great for me as I can do bag work early in the morning without bothering or waking up my family. I’ve used it with 4oz gloves to do pull ups or kettlebell swings in between for cardio, and it feels pretty easy on the hands. This wouldn’t really happen with a heavy bag. I also kicked it and messed up one of my toes by doing so, something that never happened with the heavy bag lol… even the shins hurt, and mine were sort of conditioned and definitely didn’t hurt anymore kicking the heavy bag full force.Also, at this size, you can get some footwork in, but not a ton of head movement at this size. FYI, I’m 5’9, 175lbs, so you can compare the size of the bag to me.The bag is not filled all the way up as it is recommend to fill it 70%, if I’m correct. Filling it was a pain. I made the mistake of doing it by myself and water was all over the place, ceiling, floor, walls of the a garage. All from the tiny hose. It’s helpful if you ask someone to hold the hose while you open/close the water. I think someone mentioned that in a review on here as well. Get a bucket and towels, even if you are doing it with someone else’s help.

Just got the bag installed and spent some moments with it, the bag is great!PROS:*fraction of cost of other bag*includes chain and d-ringCONS:* water filler needed sink faucet for filling and not able to fill in place from water hose* Goplus did not have any options during purchase to include a hangerI got the Fitness Maniac hanger with BeneLabel spring. I'm about 5'10" and put the equator of the bag at about 6'. To get it up after filling, I used a step ladder and was able to put the chain in the d-ring. I will try to update if there are any updates.

The product itself is great and easy to install, it comes with its required tools to fill the bag with water efficiently, UNFORTUNATELY the products material quality and durability is horrible!! it only lasted 3 days hung before the black head snapped completely!! Mind you at half filled its heavy enough that if a child would have been under the bag when it snapped it could have caused serious injury if not death!!!! Definitely a $40-$50 product never an $85 currently disappointed and unsatisfied, Amazon will replace at no cost in hopes that I get a non-faulty product. Unfortunately my product will not arrive on time the replacement was to be delivered July10-11 but the seller decided to cancel my delivery and then lied to amazon saying that I cancelled, this is bad seller mal practice !! GoPlus please do better in quality and durability I believe in this product I had great training for the time it lasted.

The bag itself is quality at a good price. However, they would have been better off not including a hose. It’s awful! I ended up just use a funnel and a pitcher. If you’re going to buy this bag, get the Aqua Bag filling nozzle.

The media could not be loaded. I've had it hanging for over 8 months and it is used several times a week. Shows zero wear, has held up excellent 👌👍 my Son loves it.

This left me wanting more. It was easy enough to install, and for my use will be fine I guess, but after unpackaging the position, it was shipped in left multiple large creases in the bag. I’m hoping those creases will come out overtime. It is easy enough to hang for as far as heavy bags go. I do like the tear up shave so you can work up and hook motions. You get what you pay for and it’s fairly inexpensive so hold your expectations as such.

Heavy to lift and no idea how to drain if needed except to remove the fill hole screw (very small) and drain. I only have it about half full, maybe a little more and it feels like delivering a body shot to a person. Definitely different than a heavy bag. It’s great for uppercuts, ducking under and head shots. If you lower it you can do body shots. Will report back on durability but so far so good. Negative is made in China.
