Solid Quality
The pump went out after 2 years in our bottom load water cooler. Found this one and gave it a shot. The packaging was great, quality was visually appealing and the performance is what you expect. It pumps better than what came from the factory, has about the same noise level and so far feels like a good value overall. Beats replacing the entire cooler for 200$. Hoping this lasts for at least the 2 years that the manufacturer pump did!

Install was pretty quick
The pump worked great. The unit installed easily except for feeding the power cord through the unit to the plug in at the PWA.Overall I highly recommend even for the novice.

Good pump.
Good quiet pump. Plugs in the same way as the original. The only difference is the mounting bracket is a little thicker than the original so you'll need longer screws.

Pump did last even a month.
The pump only last 2 and a half weeks it died and now I have to wait for my son to have time to take it out so I can send it back for a refund. :( it was weird it made a loud buzzing noise when he installed it, the original pump was silent. So who knows if there was something wrong with it when it was delivered.
